The Mental Health activities

Greetings!
Prayas Club, KHMS presents:

"MIND THE MIND"
A series of intriguing tasks that would tingle your brain, unleash your creative side and help you to check upon your awareness regarding mental health, as well as, increase it simultaneously! The activities for specific classes are as follows:

CLASS 7
Make a poster on the topic- 'Myths and Facts related to Mental Health'. Use plain white A3 size sheet- horizontally or vertically.

CLASS 8
Write a letter of gratitude to any person or circumstance of your life which aided you grow and evolve as a better human being. Word limit: 120-150 words.

CLASS 9
Write an article on the topic-"What does mental health mean to me." Word Limit: 150-200 words.

CLASS 10 
Write 10 options each for careers available after choosing Humanities, Commerce, Sciences and Vocational subjects. Keep the order of career options according to your priority if were to choose these streams.

CLASS 11
Make a video expressing how you handle the daily life hassles and mental health concerns in today's time. This is compulsory.
(Optional): If willing, you may even add specific events where you faced damage to mental health, how you dealt with them(or are still dealing) and if recovered, then about the recovery. Time limit: 1-2 mins

CLASS 12 
Solve the quiz given below using personal IDs:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1) All documents and images to be sent in PDF form.
2) All videos to be sent in MP4 format.
3) All submissions to be sent to prayasclubkhms@gmail.com through personal IDs between 13th October-20th October, 2021.
4) Each submission should be named as follows: (Participant Name, Class and Section, Topic)
5) Best 3 entries from classes 7th-10th will be featured on the blog. Certificates will be provided to all participants from 7th-12th.
6) Class 10th students can also make submissions after their preboards.
